Koblevo Muscat Royal is a piece of art of Ukrainian and Italian winemakers who have been combining a perfect taste of grapes and European traditions of winemaking for several decades. The wine is made of selected handpicked Muscat Hamburg grapes, which reflect the taste of the sun and the Black Sea.
Bright medium dark brick red color. Floral, fruity aromas of orange blossoms, roasted golden barley, sultana raisins, and fresh grape finish with a lively, sweet full body and a warming, complex, medium-long finish with well-integrated, firm tannins and moderate oak.
FOOD PAIRING
Can be served as aperitifs and can be also paired with rich pâtés like foie-gras. Sharp and strong cheeses make a great pairing as well. Blue or assorted French cheeses will bring out the pear, apple, and citrus flavors so characteristic of Muscat wine.
The sweet, floral notes of this wine go perfectly with spicy foods. Stick with Indian and Thai food, and you will love the way the wine brings out these spicy, rich flavors and aromas.
This dessert wine pairs well with baked apple pie, caramel, and vanilla ice cream bringing up the acidic notes in the fruit, and the sweetness of vanilla.
