Grapes are handpicked at optimal ripeness and directly crushed into qvevri. Wild fermentation starts at room temperature. Maceration and skin contact for 5 months.
Light straw with greenish hue color. Aromas of dried fruit and melon--balancing overtones of honey and honeysuckle. Very well-expressed, rich and harmonious body with firm and tannic structure, dried apricots lavishly coupled with notes of mature dried orange. The soft complex palate, with flavors of citrus and quince, interlaced with oak notes. Long finish whit live and refreshing acidity.
This wine makes for delicious apéritifs, and go well with green salads, boiled white meats, fish, and pork dishes.
