The wine is made of selected handpicked Bastardo grapes, which reflect the taste of the sun and the Black Sea. KOBLEVO wines are produced on the processing plant of the same name, that possesses more than 2500 hectares of vineyards, carried and treated the best way in Ukraine. KOBLEVO wines are produced from exclusively fresh grapes of the highest quality.
Opaque dark ruby-black color. Bright, fruity, sweet aromas of brandy marinated prunes, dried straw, dark chocolate - pine tree bark, and hard purple Christmas candy with a chewy, crisp, sweet full body and interesting tannins.
FOOD PAIRING
Best of all, it is combined with desserts - coffee, fruits, ice-cream, cocktails or creamy and rich blue cheese and foie gras. Also pairs well with grilled meats of all kinds, barbecue, stews, spicy & herb-rich foods.
